I'm less than shocked to hear that the latest study on abstinence program (commissioned by the Congress nonetheless) revealed students participating in abstinence programs are just as likely to have sex. More surprising is that the number of sexual partners, as well as the age they start having sex are about the same...
This goes to show you that you can't control those raging hormones whatever your intentions are.
